Tender
We had a bit of a shaky start. Delays from PD getting my Tender updated meant my contract date has been pushed back. Not too happy about this since time off work have been booked, flights tickets organised, hotels car rental etc....
All I got was an apologetic BC ......
Anyway, trying to stay positive.
Another milestone reached today. Tender signed and 3% deposit paid.
Now waiting for my color / tile appointments next week.

Lighting
I've been working out how much lighting I may need. Not sure if I've over cooked it or if it's just right. To me, I like a bright home same as whats on display
I've mirrored everything the same for ground level and have cut back a little upstairs. Problem is display homes are closed at night, so you don't really get a good feel what the lighting looks like.
Any thoughts?
