Lighting

I've been working out how much lighting I may need. Not sure if I've over cooked it or if it's just right. To me, I like a bright home same as whats on display

I've mirrored everything the same for ground level and have cut back a little upstairs. Problem is display homes are closed at night, so you don't really get a good feel what the lighting looks like.

 Any thoughts?

  1. Bottom floor suggestions:

Two lights on the outside terrace and two in the entry should be enough. Two in the laundry. One between the stairs and the lounge?
Do you want down lights over the island bench or do you want to hang pendants? (I've seen pendants in the displays and it breaks up the room quite nicely...
No lights under the galley cupboards? (are you going to have overheads?)...you may do food prep in there so it may be useful.

    Top floor:
WIR to master...one over the 'dressing' area? or move the nearest one into that area?

    Everything else looks good.

    1. Thanks for the advice :) will definitely make note of the ones you have suggested. As for the light between stairs and lounge. Is there any special requirements to hold a chandelier or are normal light battens sufficient?
